Alison Temple

Chief Executive Officer

Alison Temple is CEO of Wild Card Creative Group. Previously Managing Partner of 3AM, Alison has a breadth of experience across the entertainment and advertising industries. As EVP of Theatrical Marketing, she built the Creative Content marketing model at 20th Century Fox, leading in the launch of campaigns for mega-franchises such as Avatar, X-Men and Planet of the Apes.

Alison launched her entertainment career as Head of Production for the commercial production company Motion Blur, and then at Trailer Park as Executive Producer for the Production and Motion Graphics Division.

She currently sits on the Board of Directors for LA's Promise Fund, a nonprofit organization that prepares LA's students for success in college, career, and life.

Nick Temple

Founder and Chief Creative Officer

Nick Temple is Founder and Creative Director of Wild Card Creative Group. As an award-winning editor, Nick spent four years at Trailer Park working with filmmakers such as Steven Spielberg, Clint Eastwood and Ridley Scott. In 2007, he ventured out on his own to start Wild Card -- a trailer house with just 4 employees. Today, Wild Card Creative Group has grown to be a leading entertainment marketing agency with over 70 employees servicing entertainment, gaming and brands worldwide.

Nick started his career at New Wave Entertainment as a not-so-good runner.

Onna Frye

Chief Operations Officer

Onna Frye Mahoney is Chief Operating Officer of Wild Card Creative Group. She began her career at The Cimarron Group where she rose to VP of Production and Accounting, and was instrumental in launching the company's brand advertising agency, Traffic.

Onna joined Wild Card Creative Group in 2008 and as COO, oversees all day-to-day aspects of production, operations and facilities. Her extensive knowledge of the company makes her vital to the design and implementation of effective business operations, policies and procedures that promote the company's overall culture and mission.

Skip Chaisson

Founder & Principal @ Skip Film

Skip Chaisson is the founder and principal of Skip Film, a highly regarded agency for film advertising, main titles for film and television, music videos, product advertising, sound and graphic design, and original programming that is now under the Wild Card Creative Group umbrella. With more than 20 years experience as a creative director, executive producer, network executive, editor and director, Chaisson has a proven track record in developing creative solutions for myriad types of media.

Chaisson previously served as Senior Vice President of Creative and On-Air promotions for El Rey Network before being promoted to Chief Creative Officer, where he led all creative and brand elements for the network’s linear, digital and social feeds. Featured in the Los Angeles Times, The Wrap, Wired Magazine and Vogue Italia, Chaisson is well-known for his work as a director of special shoots, feature and commercial editorial work and as a creator of clutter-busting theatrical advertising. Some of his projects include, Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny, House of Gucci, Braveheart, Armageddon, Gladiator, Pirates of the Caribbean, Prometheus, The Lost World: Jurassic Park, Titanic, I Am Legend and many more.  

Aaron Lee

Chief Financial Officer

Aaron Lee is Chief Financial Officer of Wild Card Creative Group. Prior to joining, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance at Trailer Park Group from 2019 to May 2022. Before Trailer Park Group, Aaron was Senior Vice President of Finance for multidisciplinary service provider Deluxe Entertainment Services, charged with the consolidation of Deluxe’s worldwide business units. In addition to his work in entertainment, Aaron also has a proven track record in overseeing financial organizations in the field of manufacturing, having spent 12 years shepherding the financial strategy of WattStopper, a division of electrical manufacturer Legrand North America. He also held various financial leadership positions with such companies as Fisher Scientific, Cisco Systems and Honeywell.

Julia Oca

Head of HR

Julia is the Head of the Human Resources Department at Wild Card Creative Group. With over ten years in the HR field, Julia is a results-focused leader that helps companies harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets – their people. Julia is dedicated to creating a robust culture that promotes both individual and functional excellence through inclusion, managerial effectiveness, and learning and development that empowers and motivates employees and managers to realize their full potential. Although born in Los Angeles, Julia grew up in Loves Park, Illinois (City with a Heart) and is a Midwesterner through and through.

Rory Clark

SVP of Marketing

Rory Clark serves as the SVP of Marketing at Wild Card Creative Group, where she leads marketing and special projects directly with our CEO - offering expert advice to our clients in developing innovative strategies for their projects. Previously, Rory was head of content and marketing at Brat TV, a leading content studio in the Gen Z space, Vice President of Digital Marketing at Annapurna Pictures - working on notable campaigns for Booksmart, Sorry To Bother You, Vice, If Beale Street Could Talk, Creed II and more, Vice President of Content Marketing at AwesomenessTV, Creative Account Director for 20th Century Fox theatrical social media at McBeard Media.

Jennifer Holstein

Head of Graphics

Jennifer Holstein joined Wild Card Creative in 2022 as Head of Graphics, bringing her empowering management style and experience as a trusted advisor. Throughout her career, she has built award-winning design departments and brings a new energy to the Wild Card Creative Group through her belief that strong design contributes to a culture of innovation - and ultimately elevates the end solution.

Jennifer, as a leader, evokes participation with the goal to inspire confidence and creativity in the people around her, ignite client trust, and most importantly, allow the work to speak for itself. With a career that spans Post Production to VFX, leading Entertainment Branding teams for both client and agency, building design departments from the ground up and starting a design agency, Jennifer’s contribution and commitment to design and branding is clear. With 25 + years of industry experience, Jennifer is proud to be part of the motion design evolution and continues to be an ‘explorer.’

Noel Molina

Head of Engineering

Noel Molina is Head of Engineering for Wild Card Creative Group, charged with overseeing the company’s technology infrastructure. Since joining Wild Card as Post Production Systems Engineer in 2014, he has been part of the team responsible for introducing and managing technologies that have not only supported the company’s rapid growth, but its ability to shift to remote work as a result of the pandemic. Before joining Wild Card, Noel was Encoding Systems Engineer at Sony Network Entertainment International and Production Engineer at Technicolor. He started his career as an Avid technician at Digital Symphony.

Vinod Gundapaneni

Senior Director of Operations 

Vinod Gundapaneni is the Senior Director of Operations for the Wild Card Creative Group, overseeing workflows with an equal focus on people and processes. Vinod started his career by distinguishing himself as a runner at New Wave Entertainment, and then worked as an assistant editor and post-production supervisor at Open Road Entertainment. He then moved on to Technicolor Creative Services where he rose to manage their team of marketing finishing professionals across three offices (Los Angeles, London, and Bangalore) as Director of Production. Vinod joined the Wild Card Creative Group in 2021, with a mandate to identify and empower talented individuals early in their career paths to prioritize their growth within the company.

Arty Pearson

EVP & Executive Creative Director

Arty Pearson is EVP and Executive Creative Director of the Editorial team. He is an award-winning creative executive with over 20 years' experience in feature film advertising, having worked on both the agency and client side of the business. He began his career at CMP (now Mocean) as a writer/producer, spent six years as a Creative Director at Open Road Entertainment, and was EVP, Creative Advertising at Relativity for 3 years. He is a graduate of UCLA School of Film/TV and a die-hard Cubs fan.

Tynesha Williams

SVP, Executive Creative Director

Tynesha is SVP, Executive Creative Director of 3AM. She is a daring creative and problem solver with an extra large side of cultural expertise; The New Business combo meal. She not only builds creative departments with that same mix of fearlessness, but also consistently builds strong creatives. A self-proclaimed “shaper,” she has long been committed to finding better ways for consumers to engage with brands, and has helped craft award-winning, attention-grabbing campaigns for companies like Google, Facebook, McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, HBO, Amazon, FX, AT&T, Paramount, Chevy, MINI, Doritos and Starz. She has played in some of the industry’s biggest arenas including Cannes and the Super Bowl, with a #3 finish on the Ad Meter. Tynesha not only knows her way around the advertising space, but also brings a diverse skill set that includes directing, screenwriting and a short-lived, one night only, stand-up comedy career.

Justin King-Hall

SVP, Creative Director

Justin King-Hall serves as SVP, Creative Director at Wild Card Creative Group. Having 20+ years of experience in the audio/visual space, King-Hall has led and played an instrumental role at several entertainment marketing agencies and has received multiple award nominations and wins including a “Best in Show” Golden Trailer award for the 2009 J.J. Abrams-directed Star Trek. His campaign work includes Mission: Impossible - Fallout, Red Notice, Central Intelligence, Tomb Raider, Edge of Tomorrow, San Andreas and The Conjuring films. He previously worked at Netflix in global creative marketing on original films including 6 Underground, The Ballad of Buster Scruggs and the Oscar-nominated The Two Popes. In addition to his work at Netflix, he served as Co-President for The Ant Farm, and was also part of the founding teams at TRANSIT as well as mOcean.
