Since our founding in 2007, Wild Card Creative Group has always been evolving to meet the changing needs of our clients. Led by husband-and-wife team, Nick and Alison Temple, we bring together highly-talented creators, strategists, and innovators to deliver insights-driven content and experiences that excite and entertain today’s ever-evolving media consumer–– and transport them into your brand or entertainment world.

Alison Temple

Chief Executive Officer

Alison Temple is CEO of Wild Card Creative Group. Previously Managing Partner of 3AM, Alison has a breadth of experience across the entertainment and advertising industries. As EVP of Theatrical Marketing, she built the Creative Content marketing model at 20th Century Fox, leading in the launch of campaigns for mega-franchises such as Avatar, X-Men and Planet of the Apes.

Alison launched her entertainment career as Head of Production for the commercial production company Motion Blur, and then at Trailer Park as Executive Producer for the Production and Motion Graphics Division.

She currently sits on the Board of Directors for LA's Promise Fund, a nonprofit organization that prepares LA's students for success in college, career, and life.

Nick Temple

Founder and Chief Creative Officer

Nick Temple is Founder and Creative Director of Wild Card Creative Group. As an award-winning editor, Nick spent four years at Trailer Park working with filmmakers such as Steven Spielberg, Clint Eastwood and Ridley Scott. In 2007, he ventured out on his own to start Wild Card -- a trailer house with just 4 employees. Today, Wild Card Creative Group has grown to be a leading entertainment marketing agency with over 70 employees servicing entertainment, gaming and brands worldwide.

Nick started his career at New Wave Entertainment as a not-so-good runner.

Tara DeVeaux

Chief Marketing Officer, Managing Director, 3AM & Insights@Wild Card

Tara DeVeaux is Chief Marketing Officer of Wild Card Creative Group, Managing Director of the company’s content studio 3AM and strategy division Insights@Wild Card, and an award-winning brand and entertainment marketer. DeVeaux joined Wild Card as Chief Marketing Officer in 2018, bringing brand marketing principles into the entertainment marketing process, and added Managing Director of the company’s creative content studio 3AM and the audience-focused strategy arm Insights@Wild Card to her responsibilities in 2020.

Tara joined Wild Card Creative Group from BBDO New York where she led the marketing team, focusing on business development, partnerships and agency branding. Her leadership on campaigns for such brands as PepsiCo, HBO, Electronic Arts, J&J, TNT, National Geographic Channel and Kraft earned her teams over 200 creative awards. With a career spanning brands, entertainment and tech, Tara’s experience and expertise has uniquely positioned her to continuously innovate in an ever-evolving marketing landscape. Although Brooklyn, NY is her first love, she now happily calls LA her home.

Onna Frye

Chief Operations Officer

Onna Frye Mahoney is Chief Operating Officer of Wild Card Creative Group. She began her career at The Cimarron Group where she rose to VP of Production and Accounting, and was instrumental in launching the company's brand advertising agency, Traffic.

Onna joined Wild Card Creative Group in 2008 and as COO, oversees all day-to-day aspects of production, operations and facilities. Her extensive knowledge of the company makes her vital to the design and implementation of effective business operations, policies and procedures that promote the company's overall culture and mission.

PJ Nachman

Chief Financial Officer

P.J. Nachman is Chief Financial Officer of Wild Card Creative Group. P.J. joined Wild Card Creative Group in 2019 to help drive the financial and strategic direction of the company. Prior to Wild Card, P.J. served as CFO of Dreamscape Immersive and Wiredrive (now SHIFT). Previously, he served as a private equity investor at The Gores Group, Marlin Equity Partners and Angelo Gordon & Co. With over 20 years of senior investment and operating experience, P.J. has advised, invested in and operated growth-stage technology and media businesses at strategic inflection points with an eye towards long-term value creation. He holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA from Wesleyan University.

Noel Molina

Head of Engineering

Noel Molina is Head of Engineering for Wild Card Creative Group, charged with overseeing the company’s technology infrastructure. Since joining Wild Card as Post Production Systems Engineer in 2014, he has been part of the team responsible for introducing and managing technologies that have not only supported the company’s rapid growth, but its ability to shift to remote work as a result of the pandemic. Before joining Wild Card, Noel was Encoding Systems Engineer at Sony Network Entertainment International and Production Engineer at Technicolor. He started his career as an Avid technician at Digital Symphony.

Arty Pearson

EVP & Executive Creative Director

Arty Pearson is EVP and Executive Creative Director of the Editorial team. He is an award-winning creative executive with over 20 years' experience in feature film advertising, having worked on both the agency and client side of the business. He began his career at CMP (now Mocean) as a writer/producer, spent six years as a Creative Director at Open Road Entertainment, and was EVP, Creative Advertising at Relativity for 3 years. He is a graduate of UCLA School of Film/TV and a die-hard Cubs fan.

Tynesha Williams

VP, Executive Creative Director

Tynesha is VP, Executive Creative Director of 3AM. She is a daring creative and problem solver with an extra large side of cultural expertise; The New Business combo meal. She not only builds creative departments with that same mix of fearlessness, but also consistently builds strong creatives. A self-proclaimed “shaper,” she has long been committed to finding better ways for consumers to engage with brands, and has helped craft award-winning, attention-grabbing campaigns for companies like Google, Facebook, McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, HBO, Amazon, FX, AT&T, Paramount, Chevy, MINI, Doritos and Starz. She has played in some of the industry’s biggest arenas including Cannes and the Super Bowl, with a #3 finish on the Ad Meter. Tynesha not only knows her way around the advertising space, but also brings a diverse skill set that includes directing, screenwriting and a short-lived, one night only, stand-up comedy career.

Fee Sandoval

SVP, Senior Producer

Felicia “Fee” Sandoval is SVP, Senior Producer of the Editorial team. She is an award-winning creative executive with over 20 years' experience in entertainment. Fee has had an around the world career that started in music, moved on to TV, film and digital, before finding her true career love in creative advertising. She has worked on campaigns for Sony, HBO, Universal, Neon, Amazon, Hulu, Netflix, Apple, FX Networks, USA Networks, CBS, ABC, NBC and more. Fee joined Wild Card Creative Group in 2020 after years-long stints at Big Picture, Create Advertising and Ignition.

Sandip Vadher

Head of Insights & Audience Strategy

Sandip Vadher is Head of Insights and Audience Strategy for Wild Card Creative Group, where he leverages his transcultural experience to develop worldbuilding audience strategies for the company’s clients. His experience spans three continents and includes serving as Executive Strategy Director for Omnicom Experiential Group, Director of Planning/Research at Diageo, Director of Strategy at Translation and Group Strategy Director at FCB. He has worked on global brands such as Google, AT&T, McDonalds, Microsoft, HBO, Spotify, Levi’s, Coca Cola and Nissan. Over the 20 year span of his career, the focus has been towards building communities through a transcultural lens. In addition to pursuing his interest in virtual environments, playing Roblox with his nine year old daughter helps maintain a progressive understanding of global audiences.

Nicole-Weiss Calamar

VP, Social

Nicole Weiss-Calamar is Vice President of Social for Wild Card Creative Group’s creative content studio, 3AM. She leads the social team’s client relationships, optimizes the creative and production process for the fast growing social unit, and oversees campaign strategy development with creative leadership and the Insights@Wild Card Team.

Nicole has over ten years experience leading innovative, digital, social, and integrated ad campaigns. Alongside a team of some of the most talented creatives in the business, she has won Clio, Shorty, Webby, AWWWard and FWA Site of the Day awards. After starting in media at OMD, Nicole switched to the creative side and began her producing career at Union, then moved on to award-winning agencies such as Eclipse, Midnight Oil, and Ignition Creative. Raya and The Last Dragon, Daredevil, Animal Kingdom, Despicable Me 3, Red Table Talk, The Grinch and Black Panther are among her most successful campaigns.

Tricia Olds

Creative Director

Tricia Olds is Creative Director of 3AM. She leads the team in the development of audience-first, social campaigns for all things entertainment from inception to execution. Since joining 3AM in 2019, Tricia has built a team of highly skilled artists and makers that create provocative and breakthrough content for an evolving digital market.

Her past experience includes leading award-winning campaigns at VaynerMedia LA and NYC. Prior to advertising, Tricia taught storytelling with the nonprofit organization Opening Act. Her education at Tisch School of the Arts and past experience with Upright Citizens Brigade has informed her process, as well as her collaborative approach to working with her team, clients and agency partners.

Nathan Carver

Creative Director

Nathan Carver is Creative Director of 3AM. He collaborates with all departments to ideate and execute campaigns that immerse audiences into entertainment, gaming and brand worlds through social, digital, experiential and content-driven creative.

His past experience includes serving as one of the lead content creators for Netflix brand social at global creative agency Sid Lee. During his tenure, he led campaigns and fan-centric content for The Midnight Sky, El Camino, Narcos, Ozark and Stranger Things. In addition to his entertainment work, Nathan has developed brand campaigns for Dos Equis, ESPN, Twitter, Google, McDonald's, P&G, and Dickies for Sid Lee and companies like R/GA and Possible.

Louie Lorenzo

VP, Client Operations

Louie Lorenzo is VP of Client Operations for Wild Card Creative Group. He is an award-winning creative executive and oversees the company’s strategic partnerships on campaigns that span multiple divisions within the agency. This includes Insights, 3AM, and Editorial teams.

With over 20 years experience in entertainment marketing, Louie grew his career to encompass print, broadcast, interactive, branded content and social. Throughout his career he has collected a broad range of experience in marketing, production and account management while working with clients such as Apple, Amazon, Hulu, Netflix, Walt Disney Studios, 20th Century Fox, Paramount Pictures, Universal Pictures, Sony Pictures, 2K Games, Blizzard, Riot Games, Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics.
